Return Policy

Alpine Innovations warranty's & return information & instructions for non-customized products: RETURN INSTRUCTIONS The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item. Please note: items purchased at a retail shop, department store, or specialty store may not be returned to our online store. Procedures: Please refer to your packing slip for specific return information.


1. Contact our customer service department at service@alpineproducts.com or call 801-766- 4994 to obtain a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of your package so that it is properly processed at our warehouse. Not doing so may result in a delay in your refund. 

2 All products must be returned in the condition in which they were received; unused and undamaged, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy. If original packaging is not available, pack the items in a sturdy, hard-sided box—padded envelopes are not acceptable as products can be damaged during shipping.

3 Enclose the bottom portion of the original packing list with the item. Be sure to keep the top portion of the packing list for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. Deliveries.

4 For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or insured parcel post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to: Alpine Innovations LLC

5 Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 days of receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part

RETURN Policy:
We guarantee all merchandise sold from Alpine Innovations LLC. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or refund. In order to receive a refund, all products must be returned in the condition in which they were received, unused and undamaged, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure a full credit.

Not doing so may result in a delay in your refund. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to Alpine Innovations manufacturing or shipping error. In that case, please refer to the "damaged or defective items" section below. You can expect a refund on the same credit card originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your returned product(s). Your refund will include the cost of the item(s), plus any applicable sales tax.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM:
If you receive a damaged or defective item from Alpine Innovations, please contact our customer service department at service@alpineproducts.com or 801-766-4994.  For a replacement of the damaged or defective item Instructions for returning the damaged or defective item to us for a full refund, including shipping costs. Please indicate that the item was damaged or defective, and provide as much specific information as possible.


CREDIT: You can expect a refund on the credit card used for your original purchase within 14 days of our receiving your returned product(s). Your refund will include the cost of the item(s), plus any applicable sales tax. You will only be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
